1) All of your jewelry is one of a kind,
but can I get a duplicate of one of the pieces you have on your webpage?

Quite possibly. It all depends on if I am able to get the same beads.
If I cannot get the same beads,
but CAN get something close, I will let you know any cost difference and then you can decide.

2) How do I know if a bracelet will fit me?

Generally, bracelets run in size from 6 to 8 inches.
To ensure the correct fit of any of our bracelets
(except for the memory bracelets--they are one size fits most),
we recommend that you measure the diameter of your wrist,
and add up from a half an inch, up to a full inch, depending on how loose you like your bracelets to be.
To do this, cut a strip of paper, wrap it around your wrist,
and then loosen it until it comfortable.
Either that or measure the length of a bracelet that you commonly wear and find comfortable.

3) I found a necklace I like, but I'd like a different style clasp.
Can you change the style of clasp?

Certainly.
If you prefer a different style clasp (such as a barrel, screw style, or an S-style clasp) let me know.
If you aren't sure about the technical name for the clasp you prefer
just describe it and I will try to email you a picture of it to double check.
I will switch the clasp at no extra charge.

4) I found a pair of earrings that I like, but the posts are clip, and
I have pierced ears (or vice versa). Can they be switched?

Certainly. Just let me know if you need to have them switched.
I will do it at no extra charge.

5) I have an allergy to surgical steel.
Can you switch the earring posts to 14K gold or sterling silver?

Yes I can.
This might take a little extra time, because I will have to purchase the supplies before making the switch.
It will cost extra to upgrade the posts to gold or silver.
Let me know if you wish me to make the upgrade,
email me and I will let you know the additional cost.

6) Do you have a printed catalogue?

I do not have a printed catalog of my one of a kind beaded jewelry.  However, I do have a printed catalog for my Angel Feet Jewelry line.  Please contact me to request one.

7) What is your return policy?

My return policy is as follows:

FOR DIRECT ORDERS FROM OUR WEBSITE

A) Send me an email, explaining your problem, and if you want to exchange it or a refund.
(Shipping is non-refundable)

B) I will email you back with an approval number.
Please include a copy of this email when returning the jewelry.

C) I will mail you a refund check or exchange as soon as the articles are received, in "as new" condition.

D) Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns, including insurance.
I will not be responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost articles that are mailed uninsured.

E) ALL EXCHANGES MUST OCCUR WITHIN 60 DAYS OF WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED FROM ME.

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

I do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

8) What is your repair policy?

I can repair or restring any of the jewelry I have made.

MY JEWELRY

A) If an item breaks within one year of it being shipped to you,
email me, and let me know.
We will email you back a repair number.
Please include a copy of this email when sending the jewelry back to me.

B) Ship it back to me, insured. I will then repair it for you.
When I return it to you, I will include a check, for the amount for you to ship it to me.

C) If the items breaks after the one year, I will charge you a $7.00 restringing fee.

9) What is your privacy policy?

In no way does The Beaded Branch condone the sale or giving away of our customers private information,
including, but not limited to email addresses, snail mail addresses, and phone numbers.
I consider that to be a violation of a person's privacy, and am totally opposed to it.
